Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Riftmaster mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license is subject to these terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Riot Games Assets

Riftmaster uses intellectual property from League of Legends under the "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy. All game assets, images, icons, and lore used in the App are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

Riftmaster is a community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.

The original software, leaderboard system, architecture, and design of the Riftmaster application are the property of the Riftmaster Team.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
Use any automated system (bots, scripts) to manipulate leaderboard scores.
Use offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate usernames.
Attempt to bypass any security features of the App.
Harass other users through multiplayer features.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RIFTMASTER TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
